Steps to Apply
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Step 2: Tour Our Campus
Join us for a tour of our beautiful campus to learn more about our academic programs, commitment to social-emotional learning, and school community. Small group preschool and kindergarten tours will be given bi-weekly to prospective parents. Parents who are interested in grades 1-6 will be given an individualized campus tour. Campus tours will begin on September 12, 2022.
Once your online account is created, you will be able to self-schedule a tour with Maggie Young, Director of Enrollment Management. We look forward to seeing you on campus soon!
Step 3: Fill Out An Application
Application and fees are due January 13, 2023. Apply before December 16, 2022 for a reduced application fee.
Preschool applicants must be two (2) years, nine (9) months old, and potty trained by the date of entry. Kindergarten applicants must be five (5) years old by September 1 of the entry year.
Step 4: Teacher evaluation forms and/or transcript request
Applicants who are currently attending a daycare/preschool/elementary school will need to submit a teacher evaluation form from the applicant’s current teacher.
Step 5: Parent Interview
Parents of applicants must complete a parent interview with a school administrator.
Step 6: Screening Process
Preschool: There is no screening or testing for preschool admission.
Kindergarten: Kindergarten applicants will be evaluated through a kindergarten readiness screening in February.
Elementary: Applicants for grades 1-6 are administered a grade level/skills screening.
Preference
Saint Mark’s School gives preference to siblings of current students, active members of Saint Mark’s Church, and children of alumni, provided that the students meet all age and entrance requirements and that parent obligations have been met.
